Wakesystems membership

Wakesystems is a non profit organization. Therefore, we do not sell WakeSys as a stand-alone product but offer it at no cost to our members for as long as they pay their yearly membership fee. During this time you are able to install and use all features of WakeSys and also customize the system according to your school's needs.

We offer two memberships; one for profit schools and one for non-profit schools. The yearly membership fee for profit schools is 2.000 Euro, whereas the price for non-profit schools is 500 Euro (non-profit schools are requested to send in a certificate declaring the school as a non-profit organization or club).

As long as you are signed up as a member with Wakesystems, we offer you free support around the WakeSys application.

Subscribe for a membership

On this page you can subscribe for a membership with us. We kindly ask you to fill out the form on the left and to click on the 'Send' button.

What happens after I subscribed?

After you have filled out the 'Subscribe' form on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and we will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Once we have registered you, we will ask you to pay the membership fee.

Only after you have paid the membership fee, we will grant you access to download the web application and provide you with your profile and access data for the admin panel.
