What do I have to do to become a member?
Simply click on the tab 'Subscribe' on our webpage and you will be automatically brought to the sign-up form. Fill out the necessary info and hit the 'Send' button. We will then get in touch with you within 48 hours and you will receive an automatic confirmation of your subscription via email. Should there be a problem with the mask on the webpage, please contact us by email: support@wakesystems.com.
How do I pay my membership?
After you have subscribed and received a confirmation email from us, you can either transfer the membership fee directly on our bank account or pay via Paypal. Upon request we can send you an invoice.
Only after we have received the money you will be able to download the application and you will be granted a profile in the admin panel.

Do I need an iPhone 3GS/4G or iPad 3G?
No, you do not necessarily need an iPhone 3GS/4G or iPad 3G but we do only support those two for use with WakeSys. You can use WakeSys with any Smartphone that uses a Webkit based Browser: Palm Pre and Android Phones. However, we can not garanty the same user experience.
I have problems with the application - who can I contact?
In case you encounter problems with the application while using Wakesys, please fill out the form on the right top of this page or write an email to support@wakesystems.com. We will give our best to solve the problem immediately.
How can I customize WakeSys for my school?
Log into the admin panel and you will find a global mask with all categories that can be adjusted within WakeSys. Within the admin panel you can create new categories, rename existing categories and change pricing criteria.
The battery of my iPhone goes empty during a ride - do I lose the record?
No, because WakeSys is a web application, it saves all entered information directly on our servers.
How can I end my membership subscription?
Your membership is valid 365 days. After you have paid your membership fee, you have 30 days to cancel your membership and we guarantee you a 100% refund. After more than 30 days we cannot grant you any refund in case you wish to cancel your membership. At any time, of course, we will consider your cancellation and not extend your membership after the 365 days.
If we do not receive a cancellation of your membership within the validity time you will automatically receive an invoice from us for the next membership year.
