WakeSys is easy to handle and works best with the iPhone (WakeSys is installed as a web-application on your iPhone).
The system is based on 2 different interfaces, one for each core user:
- The admin panel is the grand central for the school owner.
- The driver interface is controlled by the boat drivers.
The admin panel gives you access to the preferences of WakeSys and allows you to make individual adjustments and maintenance.
For instance, you can add and edit the number of boats, the range of sports you offer, and you can create member categories. Furthermore, it gives you access to your financial data such as unpaid invoices and balance sheets, and also to your statistics.
Through this panel you are able to customize WakeSys to your specific needs.
The panel is accessed via a normal website on your computer.

The driver interface is the web-application that runs on the iPhone and is operated by the boat drivers of the school.
Whenever somebody wants to ride, the driver chooses the boat he is sitting in, whether the client is a member or not, and which sport he wants to do. The system gathers all the information necessary to calculate the right price and starts counting the minutes. After the ride, the system automatically creates an invoice if the client was a non-member or deduces the amount from the prepaid credit if the client was a member. This way, you will not need to run behind members to pay their open rides, because no credit, no ride! For non-members the invoice will be listed in the today's invoices and you can chose whether he pays on the spot or whether you want to email him an invoice.
Besides those common operations, the driver also has a maintenance category where he enters the number of gallons/liters as well as the price after he went to fuel up, and where the system keeps track of the current engine hours in order to tell you when to change your oil and do maintenances.
